PPG in Mexico seeks a Business Analysis Specialist to analyze Point of Sale needs and translate them into clear specifications. You will report to IT Manager and work in a hybrid role.

You will collaborate with internal business teams and concessionaires, support testing, and ensure production issues are resolved promptly, contributing to reliable POS solutions for the paint industry.

Formación

• 5+ years of IT requirements analysis experience.
• Experience writing test scenarios from specifications.
• Experience helping development teams resolve production issues.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze detailed business, functional, and technical requirements for Point of Sale.
• Create specifications based on the requirements analysis.
• Support application testing, maintenance, and verify testing performance vs production.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Adopt and promote QA collaborating with WA team and writing test scenarios.
• Provide on-call support and help with production issue resolution.
