You will manage each project end to end —schedules, budget, billing and follow-up— controlling scope, time, cost and quality in full compliance with GMP, NOM-059 and the applicable national and international regulations. You will work closely with the Planning, Quality and Supply areas, as well as with interdisciplinary global teams, reporting progress at both local and global levels. Who You Are
  • Pharmaceutical Chemist (QFB) or equivalent degree.
  • Proven experience managing projects in regulated environments; you come from the pharmaceutical, chemical, food or consumer-goods industry (in the latter case, with prior pharma experience).
  • Solid knowledge of quality systems, GMP, manufacturing and packaging processes, as well as budget planning and control.
  • Working-level English that allows you to communicate ideas fluently with global teams; German is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and the Office suite; SAP knowledge and PMP certification are desirable.
  • Leadership through influence, with strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Organization, clear communication, results orientation and understanding of financial concepts.
