GE-Vernova- in Mexico is seeking a Project Management & Quality lead to oversee centralized QA and control activities for a portfolio of projects. The role requires applying standard practices, guiding teams, and ensuring end results meet quality, timeliness, and budget standards.

You will manage execution within a technical discipline, develop processes, and support program operations with autonomy under established policies.

Formación

• Advanced experience in Project Management & Quality.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university / GED with at least 6 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Centralized quality assurance and control activities for a given project or group of projects.
• Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development.
• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
• Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
