Amazon Mexico City is seeking a Program Manager to collaborate with business teams to define and solve problems that impact customers. You will identify predictors and causes of business-related challenges to implement novel forecasting approaches and present actionable recommendations.

You will build relationships, influence stakeholders across internal and external teams, and manage projects end-to-end with analytical rigor and strong communication skills.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 4+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English.

Key job responsibilities

As a Program Manager, you will collaborate and partner with business teams to define and solve problems that impact customers, as well as identify predictors and causes of business-related problems to implement novel approaches related to forecasting and prediction. You will identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations.

You will build relationships, identify stakeholders, and influence other teams across organizations and external teams while defining analytical approaches to uncover new insights and formulate recommendations that improve processes.

A successful Program Manager must be able to work independently, understand rapidly the key pain points of the processes, and influence internal/external partners at all levels of the organization. This role will particularly suits someone with strong analytical abilities, relationship building skills and superb project management capabilities.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience
  • Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
