Stellantis is seeking a maintenance engineer in Toluca to provide technical support for robotics and automation systems, planning preventive maintenance and coordinating with suppliers.

You will monitor performance metrics and develop standard procedures, while collaborating with production engineering and contractors to ensure reliable operation.

Formación

• Engineering graduate with at least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Advanced level of English.
• Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics.
• Experience with ABB, Fanuc, Nachi and COMAU robots.
• Experience with ControlNet, EtherNet, DeviceNet and PILZ networks.
• Advanced handling of RSLogix 5000 and GuardLogix PLCs.
• GD&T knowledge.
• Knowledge of induction curing systems.
• Knowledge of Power and Free, Chain-on-Edge, and Inverted Power and Free conveyor systems.
• Knowledge of SCA Schucker and Nordson sealing and adhesive systems.
• Maintenance cost management.

Responsabilidades

• Define maintenance type (BD, TBM, CBM, AM, QM) based on production plans and manpower.
• Use TMS to plan and schedule PM activities.
• Analyze EWO and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain proper technical documentation of equipment.
• Monitor warranty periods and request free maintenance from suppliers.
• Provide detailed analysis of performance indicators (OLE/OEE/MTBF/MTTR) with recovery plans.
• Develop SMPs and OPLs for tools and cycles, and establish operating frequencies.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers and production engineering.
• Define CBM activities for technical equipment.
• Manage contractors and repair tools/electronics.
• Review checklists for maintenance interventions scheduling.
• Manage backup equipment/tools.
• Develop MP info for professional maintenance and ensure read across.

Main Responsabilities

• He defines the type of maintenance to be performed on (BD - Break Down equipment, TBM, CBM, AM, QM) according to production plans and manpower available, reversing this approach to technical cleaning process.
• He uses TMS (Total Maintenance System) to be able to plan and schedule the PM activities.
• EWO (Emergency Work Order) analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• He manages and ensures the correct technical documentation of the equipment.
• He monitors the warranty period of the systems / equipment, to request the free service maintenance on the part of the tool equipment from the suppliers.
• He provides a detailed analysis of performance indicators (OLE / OEE / MTBF / MTTR) and verify that they are developed with adequate recovery plans.
• Develop SMP (Standard Maintenance Procedures) and OPL (One Point Lessons) regarding the tools and the cycles according to possible repairment, replacement, testing, etc., as well as the operating frequency.
• He collaborates with suppliers of equipment and production engineering.
• He defines CBM activities for technical equipment.
• Management of contractors regarding his specialty.
• Management / repair work tool (engineering communications, tools, control units, electronic boards).
• Analysis of the check list for scheduling maintenance interventions.
• He manages the equipment/tools for backup.
• He develops the MP info for professional maintenance and ensures the read across (Machinery MP Info).
