Lenovo is seeking a Software Engineer to develop and maintain test platform content and utilities that enable automation of the manufacturing test process for servers, storage, and rack products. You will collaborate with local and global teams to improve procedures through automation and internal tool development.

Formación

• 5-7+ years of programming experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related engineering field.
• Proficient in Python3.x and Vue for web frameworks.
• A master’s degree in computer science or similar is helpful.
• Experience with developing manufacturing tools and test processes.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with multiple fulfillment sites to enable and manage solution delivery without impacting production.
• Design, develop, and maintain code to provide platform and tool solutions.
• Use data from IT systems and shop floor control to develop real time visualization tools.
• On-site support and review of ongoing challenges.
• Data Driven Engineering – create tools and processes to support manufacturing and testing based on actual site performance.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Master's degree in CS/CE or similar (preferred)
