Johnson Controls is seeking a Test Engineer to develop, implement, and execute test plans for software applications and systems. You will design automated tests, perform functional and performance testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT, 3-5 years in software testing, and strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C#. Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential for this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications and systems.
• Design and develop automated test scripts using various testing frameworks.
• Conduct functional, integration, and performance testing on software and systems.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and enhance system functionality.
• Document test results, track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
