BairesDev is hiring a Platform Engineer to build and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based internal platforms. You will bridge infrastructure and development, enabling teams to deploy and scale apps while abstracting complexity.

You will design production-grade clusters, develop Helm charts, and automate provisioning with Terraform, while implementing GitOps with ArgoCD and partnering with dev teams to set standards and scaling strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and Helm.
• Hands-on experience implementing GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, container networking, and cloud-native security.
• Strong background building and maintaining internal developer platforms at scale.

As a Platform Engineer, you will build and maintain robust, scalable Kubernetes-based internal platforms. You will bridge the gap between infrastructure and development, enabling teams to deploy and scale applications seamlessly while abstracting away underlying complexity.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments.
