Responsabilidades

• Coordinate supplier meetings to analyze component issues.
• Interface with logistics team to block rejected material in SAP.
• Apply charge backs to suppliers responsible for quality issues.

What you can look forward as Plant SQA

• Manage Suppliers components PPAPs cover sheets.
• Quality performance evaluation of suppliers.
• Manage SAP for quality inspections views for components reception.
• Coordinate supplier´s meeting to analyze components issues reported.
• Interface with logistic team to block rejected material in SAP.
• Coordinate sorting activities related to components issues from suppliers.
• Apply Charge backs to suppliers who are responsible of quality issues.
• Components Warranty analysis required to suppliers.
• Quality Management System forms and directives update.

Your profile as SQA:

• Engineering career
• Core tools knowledge
• Problem Solving Methodologies (8Ds, FTA, Ishikawa)
• IATF knowledge
• Experience in supplier´s management
• VDA Nive to have
• Experience working with BMW as a suuplier nice to have
• This position is working in a two shifts role, time availability is a must
