A leading global supplier for chassis systems is seeking a Plant SQA in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. The role involves managing supplier quality, conducting evaluations, and coordinating inspections. Formación

• Minimum English level of 80%.
• Knowledge of core tools and problem-solving methodologies (8Ds, FTA, Ishikawa).
• Experience in supplier management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Suppliers components PPAPs cover sheets.
• Supplier claim management using 8D methodology.
• Evaluate quality performance of suppliers.
• Manage SAP for quality inspections views.
• Coordinate supplier meetings to analyze component issues.
• Interface with logistics to block rejected material in SAP.
• Coordinate sorting activities related to component issues.
• Apply chargebacks to suppliers responsible for quality issues.
• Conduct components warranty analysis.
• Update Quality Management System forms and directives.

Engineering career

Problem Solving Methodologies (8Ds, FTA, Ishikawa)

IATF knowledge

Experience in supplier´s management

VDA

Experience working with BMW as a supplier
