Job summary

Page Executive is guiding a high-profile greenfield OEM manufacturing launch in Mexico, with responsibility for the plant's growth, performance, and profitability from day one.

You will build the plant organization, leadership team, and operational structure, while owning end-to-end operations across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain. The role demands hands-on leadership, relentless focus on Lean and CI, and close collaboration with regional and global leadership.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in the automotive industry, including direct OEM experience.
• At least 7 years in manufacturing leadership roles such as Plant Manager.
• Proven experience leading greenfield projects, plant launches, ramp-ups, or major transformations.
• Strong background in end-to-end manufacturing operations (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics).
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L, budgets, CAPEX, and plant profitability.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, CI, and process standardization.
• Experience leading large teams within complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong supplier management and operational planning capabilities.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Hands-on leadership with communication, change management, and team-building skills.
• High ownership, integrity, strategic thinking, and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the start-up and ramp-up of a new OEM manufacturing operation in Mexico.
• Build the plant organization, leadership team, and operational structure.
• Own full site P&L performance, including profitability, cost control, CAPEX, and working capital.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity performance across the operation.
• Oversee Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics, Warehousing, and CI.
• Establish robust manufacturing processes, performance metrics, and operational standards.
• Ensure production readiness and scalability to support future growth.
• Lead supplier performance and localization initiatives where applicable.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement throughout the plant.
• Maintain a strong shop-floor presence to support execution, problem-solving, and discipline.
• Partner with regional and global leadership to achieve strategic business objectives.
