Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage operations-related plans and budgets (AOP).
2. Establish Capital Plan for the site.
3. Establish Productivity Plan and Pipeline for the site.
4. Set plant goals and objectives across key areas including Engagement, EH&S, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People.
5. Execute the OLR, identifying key talent and creating action plans for development and bench strength.
6. Assess plant capacity to address potential bottlenecks supporting customer demand.
7. Conduct monthly reviews to track progress against key objectives such as capital execution, productivity, and new product introductions.
8. Co-lead the SIOP review, ensuring proactive actions to enable supply plan execution.
9. Participate in mentoring and coaching programs.
10. Perform gemba walks across all plant areas, engaging with all levels and reinforcing operational excellence culture.
11. Hold daily operational reviews with the site leadership team following MDI methodology.
12. Conduct weekly Mission Control reviews to track progress against strategic/transformational plans.
13. Lead plan-wide communication meetings to share results.
14. Review monthly customer initiatives to improve quality and delivery metrics.
15. Monitor adherence to internal controls.
16. Track progress of engagement initiatives and establish contact with FLLs.
17. Ensure proper execution of all EH&S initiatives, maintaining full legal compliance.
18. Engage in regional initiatives as required.
