HARMAN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production lines, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure SQDC objectives using the HARMAN Production System. You will troubleshoot equipment, document downtime in SAP, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced plant.

Formación

• Engineering degree or technical degree in related maintenance fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Maintenance Department.
• Basic English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Execute tasks following safety requirements to prevent accidents.
• Operate and support production lines to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with the scheduled production plan.
• Follow Visual Job Instructions and Work Standards.
• Ensure product conformity and cycle time compliance.
• Achieve scrap reduction targets and waste reduction initiatives.
• Identify and implement improvements for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machinery failures.
• Close maintenance work orders in SAP with downtime reporting.
• Perform root cause analysis using HPS methodologies.
• Maintain 5S standards and participate in 5S audits.
• Support hazardous and waste storage compliance.
