Haemonetics Software Solutions is seeking a Machine Specialist to operate and maintain production equipment, leading in the absence of senior staff. You will perform daily maintenance, basic repairs, and inspections to maximize uptime and ensure product quality. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and training skills are essential.

The role interfaces with mechanics, leads, supervisors, and management to uphold GMP/SOP standards and safety practices in a manufacturing setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
• Experience with production equipment and basic maintenance activities.
• Prior exposure to medical device manufacturing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Minimize equipment downtime and meet daily/weekly production targets.
• Perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and verify repair effectiveness.
• Train operators on proper machine operation and maintenance.
• Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with SOPs.
