Aptiv Centec operation in Ciudad Juárez seeks a Financial Analyst to provide timely financial information and analysis to support business decisions. You will work with the Finance team on reporting, CAPEX, KPIs, inventories, month-end closing, and planning processes.

Required 3+ years in financial analysis or cost accounting, strong Excel and SAP skills, and English communication abilities. This role offers collaboration with plant stakeholders and opportunities to improve finance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in financial analysis or cost/accounting.
• Experience with SAP and Excel for financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and analyze financial reports using Excel and SAP.
• Extract, review, and interpret financial data to support decisions.
• Perform cost, sales, and expense analysis with budget monitoring.
• Support CAPEX control and tracking of investments.
• Participate in month-end closing and forecasting activities.
• Prepare account analyses, financial presentations, and reports.
• Monitor KPIs and variances; identify risks and opportunities.
• Support inventories, fixed assets, and audits.
• Assist audits with required financial information.
• Support finance projects while ensuring internal controls.
• Collaborate with plant stakeholders to understand financial impact.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes.
