Acuity Inc. in Matamoros seeks a Plant Controller to act as the primary finance partner for the manufacturing facility.

You will provide financial guidance, operational insights, and performance analysis, leading month-end close, financial reporting, KPI analysis, cost accounting, budgeting, and collaboration with operations on the plant floor. The role requires hands-on involvement with cross-functional teams, advanced Excel skills, ERP experience, and strong communication to translate finance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/maquiladora preferred.
• Cost accounting experience required.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/financial reporting experience.
• Strong business partnering and communication skills.
• English proficiency (80%+).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with plant leadership to improve financial awareness and operational decisions.
• Lead monthly financial close with reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements with KPI analysis.
• Develop and report operational and financial KPIs.
• Support budgeting and annual targets.
• Participate in production and operational meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement in plant financial performance.
• Build financial models in Excel and ERP reports.
