Job summary

Empresaconfidencial is seeking a Plant Accountant to support manufacturing operations across the North region. You will partner with Plant Managers and leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights for operational decisions.

This role focuses on cost accounting, inventory management, forecasting, budgeting and product costing, with a clear development path toward broader Plant Controller responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or operational finance.
• Experience with cost accounting and inventory management.
• Ability to forecast, budget and perform financial analysis.
• Strong collaboration with plant operations and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own cost accounting and inventory management for manufacturing operations.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis activities.
• Support product costing and price variance analysis.
• Partner with Plant Managers and leadership to drive financial insights.
