Donaldson is seeking a Production Supervisor at Plant 2 in Mexico to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, and productivity goals, and apply the Donaldson Manufacturing System to sustain operational continuity. The role involves developing tactical production plans, coaching teams, and coordinating shop-floor activities while ensuring compliance with production and quality standards.

A bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, 3+ years in manufacturing, and English proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing production personnel and shop floor operations with strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of waste analysis and process optimization.
• Experience in staff training and development.
• Familiarity with shop floor management systems and production control documentation.
• Strong experience in process engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
