A technology company is seeking a PetDesk Phones Implementation Specialist to work remotely from Mexico. In this role, you will support VoIP phone systems, ensuring customer satisfaction across North America. Ideal candidates must be fluent in English and possess strong customer service and technical troubleshooting skills. The position offers an annual salary of $14,400.
As a contract PetDesk Phones Implementation Specialist, you will support PetDesk’s VoIP phone systems. You will provide your technical expertise and problem‑solving skills to deliver exceptional customer service to the company’s clients. By leveraging customer data, PetDesk Phones improves communications (calls, chats, appointments). It streamlines the staff workflow through practice management software integrated with the VoIP telephone system.
This is a 100% remote contract position based in Mexico. Contractors will assist customers across North America.
