Novartis México is seeking an experienced Logistics Lead to manage communication, coordination, and follow-up of deliveries to Government Institutions, acting as the point of contact between internal teams, the 3PL operator, and government customers to ensure timely, compliant operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics/related fields.
• 3+ years in a similar pharma logistics role.
• Knowledge of public sector warehouse and distribution processes.
• Fluent in Spanish with good English.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary liaison between Commercial, customers, government institutions, and the 3PL.
• Manage end-to-end delivery execution, monitor OTIF, and resolve delivery issues.
• Oversee order tracking, POD management, and delivery documents for government customers.
• Act as Legal Representative for regulated deliveries, including on-site representation.
• Coordinate regulatory procedures to ensure successful deliveries, sales recognition, and collections.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify process improvements and drive corrective actions across logistics.
• Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives in the end-to-end value chain.
• Ensure compliance with Novartis policies, quality, safety, and local regulations.
• Build stakeholder relationships and support knowledge sharing and safety culture.
