Job summary

The House Of Aïa is seeking a highly skilled Gym Trainer and Fitness Specialist in Naucalpan, State of Mexico. You will design personalized programs, train individuals and small groups, and educate clients on proper techniques and healthy lifestyle choices.

Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized personal training institution (ACE, NASM, or ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor.
• Specialization certifications (e.g., strength and conditioning) are a strong asset.
• Excellent knowledge of human anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise physiology.
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills; able to build rapport with clients.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends; commuting to Naucalpan.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' fitness levels, capabilities, and goals through initial consultations and assessments.
• Design and implement safe and effective personalized exercise programs.
• Provide clear instruction and demonstrations of proper exercise techniques.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust training programs as needed.
• Educate clients on nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and injury prevention.
• Motivate and inspire clients to adhere to their fitness programs and achieve results.
• Conduct small group training sessions and specialized fitness classes.
• Maintain accurate client records and track progress towards goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and techniques.
• Ensure a safe and clean training environment.
