SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a People Data & AI Readiness Engineer to build and operate a trusted data and AI foundation powering people analytics and AI-enabled solutions.

You will translate approved business requirements into scalable data architectures, implement data quality and lineage controls, and own the reliability and governance of the People Data platform. This execution-focused role collaborates with product owners and security teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, data architecture.
• Strong HR / People Data experience is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Technical capabilities: SQL, Python, data modeling, ETL/ELT, APIs, Azure Cloud (ADF, Synapse, Blob storage, Data Lake etc), version control, automated testing, Databricks.
• Advanced written and spoken English fluency (B2 or C1/C2).

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable people-data models within the enterprise data warehouse.
• Translate business requirements into technical data specifications and reusable assets.
• Define architecture patterns enabling shared datasets and semantic models.
• Own data quality, lineage, and governance for production datasets.
• Lead AI-readiness roadmap and infrastructure investments for the data lake.
