Flex in Mexico is seeking an experienced technical professional to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical assemblies at the component level. You will operate oscilloscopes and conduct specialized tests, providing guidance to other technicians and collaborating with engineering on improvements.
The role involves contributing to work instructions, batch records, and equipment logs, while monitoring productivity and supporting installation, debugging, and validation of process
Contributes to and improves techniques/concepts. Assists in developing goals/targets of line or department.
Can perform analyses/work using some independent judgment. Decisions affect tasks and products.
Requires little to no instruction and little to no supervision.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, work that requires repetitive motion, toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock.
