What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Assist in preparing and sending the bimonthly report on salary variables
  • Record movements in SUA and IDSE under supervision
  • Assist in the preliminary calculation of Payroll Tax and upload data to state portals
  • Provide administrative and operational support in the payroll process, focusing on IMSS compliance
  • Perform technical support tasks, data entry, and preliminary review of payroll‑related information
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processes with an emphasis on social security in Mexico
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Practical knowledge of ISN declarations and payments in states where the employer operates
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with in‑house payroll processing
  • End‑to‑end payroll processing experience in Mexico
