Where you will work:

Querétaro Technical Center | Parque Industrial O'Donnell

What you’ll do:
  • Processes previous revisions to timecards/amendments (absence, OT, schedule changes); this responsibility is expected to diminish as leaders/supervisors transition to automated review and approval of OT and time off requests.
  • Imports any non-recurring deductions (glasses, badges, etc.) to the payroll system; maintains tracking to ensure that deduction does not exceed 30% of minimum income.
  • Is responsible for gathering recurring deductions (Child Support, Fonacot, Infonavit) and providing to Payroll Coordinators.
  • Assigns employee to “termination payroll” in TRESS once termination notification (automated) is received via EC notification to shared mailbox.
  • Prepare severance payment checklist to submit to Payroll Coordinator.
  • Prepares and manages import and export of WorkForce System file.
What is required:
  • Bussiness administrator or accounting.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Knowledge in payroll – preference in timecard employee, vacation balances, severance payment calculations. Previous payroll process.
