FH Collective Academy is seeking a highly motivated Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative for Mexico to join a fully remote, international healthcare network. You will acquire clinic partners, close deals, manage accounts, and drive partner revenue while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, relationship-building with decision-makers, and revenue growth across 200+ clinics, with travel within Mexico as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of B2B Sales, Business Development, Partner Management, or Account Management experience.
• Fluent English spoken and written.
• Proven track record of hitting sales or revenue targets.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico when required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new medical and dental clinic partners.
• Build pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch platform to clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Onboard new clinics and guide setup processes.
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners.
• Build long-term B2B relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive upselling, promotions, sponsored listings, and other revenue opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance and improve conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.

Build the Future of Medical Tourism in Mexico

We're looking for a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative to help grow our network of medical and dental clinics across Mexico.

You'll join an international healthcare company connecting patients with trusted healthcare providers worldwide, and you'll play a key role in acquiring new clinic partners, closing B2B deals, managing accounts, and driving partner revenue.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, negotiating, building relationships, and owning their results.

What you'll do

• Prospect and acquire new medical & dental clinic partners
• Build your own pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research
• Pitch the platform to clinic owners and decision-makers
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships
• Onboard new clinics and guide them through the setup process
• Manage a portfolio of 200+ clinic partners
• Build long-term B2B relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Drive upselling, promotions, sponsored listings, and other revenue opportunities
• Monitor partner performance and improve conversion
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams

What we're looking for

• 2-4 years of B2B Sales, Business Development, Partner Management, or Account Management experience
• Proven experience hitting sales or revenue targets
• Fluent English
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting
• Experience managing multiple clients or business partners
• CRM experience and strong digital skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined when working remotely
• Willingness to travel within Mexico when required

Healthcare, dental, medical tourism, or cross-border sales experience is a strong plus.

Compensation

$1,100 USD gross/month base salary
