another.co is hiring a Paid Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, driving influencer and creator amplification and performance-driven content.

You will develop and optimize paid media strategies, manage budgets, analyze metrics like CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and collaborate with Influencer Marketing, Content, Creative, and Client Service teams to achieve aggressive business objectives. Advanced English preferred.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, and/or Influencer Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Experience amplifying influencer content through paid media.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing, creator marketing, scouting, and performance analysis.
• Experience managing budgets and allocations based on results.
• Strong understanding of metrics like CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversions.
• Advanced English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, monitor, and optimize Paid Media campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Develop paid media strategies to amplify influencer, creator, and UGC content.
• Manage campaign budgets and reallocate investment based on performance.
• Analyze the performance of creators, content, audiences, formats, and platforms to identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with Influencer Marketing teams to select content with the greatest potential for paid amplification and performance.
• Support the development and execution of Influencer Marketing and Creator Marketing campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs including CPM, CPC, CTR, CPE, CPV, CPA, conversions, ROAS, and ROI.
• Develop performance reports and translate campaign data into strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creators, formats, messaging, and creative assets.
• Collaborate with Influencer Marketing, Content, Creative, and Client Service teams to ensure campaigns meet performance and business objectives.
