Kipling School in Mexico City invites qualified professionals to join the Extended Hours Program (HEK). You will plan and deliver sports and arts activities, supporting holistic student development in a safe and motivating environment aligned with school guidelines.

The role requires at least two years of relevant experience with children or teens, strong teamwork, and excellent communication. Join a private bilingual IB World School focused on academic excellence.

Formación

• Degree or technical studies in Physical Education, Sports Science, Pedagogy, Psychology, Arts, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents in sports, arts, or educational settings.
• Motivational leadership and teamwork.
• Assertive communication and group management.
• Organization, planning, and adaptability.
• Ethical conduct and institutional commitment.
• Child safety, first aid basics, and positive discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate sports and/or arts sessions.
• Ensure students’ physical and emotional safety at all times.
• Promote respect, teamwork, and healthy competition.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and student progress.
• Communicate effectively with coordinators, parents, and staff.
• Comply with institutional policies and child protection protocols.
