Inspired Education Group’s Picacho McGregor School in Los Cabos seeks a Head Coach for its After School football program. You will support planning, delivery and evaluation of training, guiding students’ physical, technical and tactical development while promoting teamwork, discipline and personal growth.

You will work with a collaborative coaching team and participate in events, matches and camps, including Saturdays when scheduled, contributing to a positive, growth-oriented sporting

Formación

• A degree in Physical Education (LEF), Sports Training or related field.
• Experience in football coaching and sports management is required.
• Strong leadership and the ability to motivate, guide and engage players effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging football training sessions.
• Develop students’ physical, technical and tactical abilities.
• Lead sessions when needed and foster teamwork, discipline, respect and continuous improvement.
• Support scheduling of internal and external matches, tournaments and events.
• Collaborate with the wider coaching team and After School Coordination for consistency across the programme.
• Provide ongoing motivation and support to players for sporting and personal development.
• Assist with operational needs, equipment management and session/match recording using Veo.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and ready for use before and after training.
• Participate in technical meetings and professional development activities.
• Contribute to MARCET Winter Camp and other football activities.

Picacho McGregor School is seeking aHead Coach to join our After School team and support the preparation, development and delivery of football training sessions and matches. The Head Coach will work closely with the coaching team to provide strategic, technical and motivational support to players, contributing to their physical, technical and tactical development. The role will also promote teamwork, discipline and continuous improvement, supporting both the sporting and personal development of students and the achievement of the team’s objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of engaging and effective football training sessions.
• Contribute to the physical, technical and tactical development of students, adapting coaching to the needs of the assigned age group.
• Lead training sessions when required, creating a positive environment that promotes teamwork, discipline, respect and continuous improvement.
• Support the preparation and delivery of internal and external matches, tournaments and sporting events.
• Work collaboratively with the wider coaching team and After School Coordination to ensure consistency and alignment across the football programme.
• Provide ongoing guidance, motivation and support to players, contributing to both their sporting and personal development.
• Support the operational and logistical requirements of the programme, including the management of sports equipment and the recording of training sessions and matches using Veo.
• Ensure sports equipment and resources are appropriately maintained and ready for use before and after each training session.
• Participate actively in technical meetings, internal training and professional development activities.
• Support the delivery of the MARCET Winter Camp and other scheduled football activities and events.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• A degree in Physical Education (LEF), Sports Training or a related field.
• Previous experience in football coaching and sports management.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, guide and positively engage players.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
• A proactive, organized and responsible approach to their work.
• A strong commitment to the sporting and personal development of students.
• The ability to create a positive team environment that promotes respect, discipline, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work the required After School schedule, including Saturdays when matches or events are scheduled.
