FORVIA HELLA in Mexico is seeking a Packaging/Logistics specialist to design and optimize highly complex logistics processes along the supply chain, in line with senior targets and corporate standards. The role emphasizes lean thinking, JIT/JIS concepts, and close collaboration with operations.

You will drive ERP/WMS enhancements, document processes, manage cross-functional projects, and coach staff to sustain cost-efficient logistics and continuous improvement across the value chain.

Formación

• Experience as Packaging Engineer or related role.
• Knowledge of customer portals for empty packaging management.
• Ability to propose improvement ideas.
• Cost-reduction skills and initiatives.
• Supply chain calculation and analysis skills.
• Experience in the automotive industry.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and optimizing high-complexity logistics processes along the supply chain.
• Optimization and simplification of high complexity material flow concepts and ERP/WMS modules.
• End-user and management oriented documentation of business processes.
• Determining correlations between master data and updating master data.
• Driving continuous improvement in logistics material- and information flow processes.
• Align improvements with operational responsibilities
• Management of high complexity projects (e.g. JIT/JIS) with integrated supply chain optimization.
• Standardizing material- and information flow processes to achieve lasting improvements.
