HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Packaging Engineer to design and optimize high complex logistics processes along the supply chain in Irapuato, Guanajuato. You will drive packaging strategies, coordinate with cross-functional teams and support improvements aligned with ERP/WMS integrations.

In this role, you will analyze packaging operations, manage projects with suppliers, and implement cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards.

Formación

Experience as a Packaging Engineer or related role.
Knowledge of customer portals for empty packaging management.
Ability to propose improvement ideas.
Cost-reduction skills and initiatives.
Supply chain calculation and analysis skills.
Experience in the automotive industry.

Responsabilidades

Design and optimize high complexity logistics processes along the supply chain.
Improve material flow concepts and ERP/WMS modules.
Document business processes and train users.
Manage master data correlations and control loops.
Lead high complexity logistics projects and ensure milestones.
Negotiate logistics conditions with suppliers and customers.
