Viatris Healthcare México S. de R.L. de C.V. seeks a Sell-Out Performance Senior Manager to lead the strategy across channels with emphasis on OTC/OTX. You will manage budgets, drive POS execution, and coordinate trade campaigns to maximize distribution and patient access.

The role requires a bachelor’s in business or marketing, at least 3 years in pharma trade, strong leadership and analytical skills, and English proficiency. This position shapes Viatris' commercial footprint in Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in industry, retail or distribution (pharma business).
• Knowledge of Pharma Trade, e-commerce and financial management.
• Language: Basic English (mandatory); fluent English desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the sell-out strategy by channel and customer.
• Own the OTC/OTX portfolio (forecasting, P&L management, materials, pricing, distribution, line extensions).
• Identify sell-out opportunities across the full Viatris portfolio, including RX; lead commercial intelligence team.
