Copeland is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide end-user support across software, hardware, and systems. The role includes installing and maintaining hardware, printers, servers, and network equipment, as well as implementing IT solutions in collaboration with various departments.

You will manage user accounts, inventory, and security policies, and contribute to automation and reporting efforts. Excellent English communication and at least three years in a similar role are required.

Formación

• Three years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and common applications.
• Fluency in spoken and written English (70%).
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and IT security basics.
• Experience with IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow.

• Follow quality system procedures and collaborate with vendors.

You are responsible for performing periodic preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the reliability, security, and proper operation of IT equipment and services. The role also involves participating in system-related projects and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.In addition, the IT Support Engineer performs basic programming and scripting tasks to support automation, system integration, reporting, dashboards, and troubleshooting efforts.
