Jabil is seeking a Product Engineer to specialize in the assigned manufacturing process, implement and support process changes, and train other engineers on site. The role emphasizes leadership within the engineering team and ensuring process excellence across the manufacturing chain.

You will work under the Manufacturing Engineering Manager to drive improvements and maintain quality, with education requirements spanning advanced diploma to master's degrees and 2–4 years of EMS experience.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of work experience in the EMS or equivalent industry.
• Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's in appropriate fields.
• Knowledge of basic processes and ability to lead other engineers.

Responsabilités

• Implement, support, train, and troubleshoot the assigned process.
• Lead and be a leader within the engineering team for the site.
• Ensure excellence on the assigned manufacturing process as directed by Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

The Product Engineer will be knowledgeable of the basic processes and facilitate other engineers at the site. This individual is also responsible for the implementation, support, training, and troubleshooting for the process being assigned in their facility. This position is assigned to an individual who has the profile to understand the scope of all the manufacturing chain process and the implications of each change and be considered to be a leader within the engineering team. The Product Engineer is responsible for ensuring excellence on the assigned manufacturing process, as determined by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Requires Advanced Diploma, Bachelors, or Masters in appropriate fields; 2 to 4 years work-related experience in the EMS or equivalent industry; Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
