A major logistics company in Mexico is seeking an Organizational Development Head LATAM responsible for leading Talent Management strategies across the region. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in similar roles and possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This position offers the opportunity to work in a diverse, international environment and explore numerous training and development opportunities.

Formación

Organizational Development Head LATAM responsible for the function at the Country level, as well as coordinating activities across the LATAM region.
What will be your main goal in this position?

Lead the Talent Management & Sourcing sub-function in the region to design, deliver and manage recruitment and talent management processes to attract, select, integrate, engage and retain people within the organization with the aptitude and abilities in line with business needs, HR strategy, industry best practices and current legislation.

What will you do in this position?
  • Define short to mid-term regional Talent Management & Sourcing (TM&S) strategy, including elements such as frameworks, integration with other processes, key initiatives and budgets
  • Track progress to review implementation of TM&S strategy and plans
  • Develop and build Executive sponsorship for key TM&S initiatives
  • Introduce and steer innovation across TM&S processes, systems and products in line with group standards increasing effectiveness
  • Lead and support talent brokerage and cross-divisional talent exchange
  • Ensure understanding and delivery of Executive/Employees Development Reviews (EDR) and facilitate EDR's for senior Business Managers
  • Provide Executive feedback and coaching
  • Develop functional career frameworks ensuring global consistency within own business
  • Ensure succession pipeline analytics and workforce planning, ensuring alignment between data requirements and assessments with overall workforce planning needs
  • Oversee employee assessment and selection processes and manage selection for senior positions
  • Design Employer Brand/ large scale HR marketing initiatives that drive the group towards becoming an employer of choice
  • Anticipate and translate strategic, complex changes to define new HR information management system requirements
What can you bring to the position?
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in similar position leading multiple teams developing short to long – term plans for optimizing the organization, function, or job-family and the talent required to execute strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Master's degree
  • Coaching Certification
  • HR/labor Law certificationBilingual English and Spanish
