  • Partner with leaders and teams to identify growth opportunities.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in OD, training, or talent management (ideally in mid-size or large companies).
  • Conversational English.
  • Strong knowledge in training, job descriptions, career planning, and OD methodologies.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project follow-up skills.
  • Proactive mindset, people-oriented, eager to grow with the company.
