Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Change Management in a global setting, preferably in IT.
• Advanced expertise in Change Management frameworks and tools like Prosci/ADKAR.
• Experience in GxP, Pharma or Manufacturing is preferred.

• Lead the operational implementation of all Change Management services.
• Execute Change Management activities to support new process adoptions.
• Manage and monitor the change process to support transitions.
