Formación

• Proven customer support experience is required.
• Strong phone contact handling skills are a must.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential.

Currently looking for a Customer Service Representative, oriented to Order Management.

Objective

The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Skills

• Proven customer support experience.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).

Schedule

Monday to Thursday 6:30 AM-5PM and Friday 6:30 AM-3PM
