A leading provider of fleet management solutions in Tijuana is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to provide exceptional customer support and manage order processes. You will ensure accurate data management using Salesforce and Oracle while maintaining seamless communication between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and have experience with CRM systems. This role offers a Monday to Friday work schedule.

Formación

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Netsuite and Oracle.

Responsabilidades

• Manage new orders and RMAs, ensuring accuracy.

• Incomplete university education is acceptable.
• U.S. Visa preferred but not mandatory.
