Job summary

Xideral is seeking a Senior UIM Development Consultant to work remotely from Mexico. You will define and configure data models and network topologies in the UIM inventory, develop cartridges and specifications, and enable integration across OSS/BSS ecosystems.

You will implement web services, troubleshoot OSM environments, and model services for B2C and B2B across modern cloud and API-driven infrastructures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years defining/configuring UIM data models and network/service topologies (versions 7.6/7.7/7.8).
• 3+ years developing Custom Specifications, Entity Specifications, Characteristics, and Cartridge Development.
• 3+ years implementing web services (SOAP/REST) via native APIs and Open API TFMs for integrations with OSM, activation, and external systems.
• 2+ years diagnosing and resolving incidents/defects in OSM environments.
• Modeling network technologies and services for B2C/B2B (MPLS, Metro Ethernet, Fiber, GPON, DWDM, IPRAN, Mobile 4G/5G).
• Cartridge version/deployment administration across development/testing/production on Cloud/Kubernetes.
• Integration with external sources, databases, and middleware (WebLogic, OSB, SOA Suite, Kafka, etc.).
• Telecommunication services, TMF Open API standards, OSS/BSS integrations, and DevOps practices. Cloud Network services expertise.
• Advanced English.

Cartridge version/deployment administration across development/testing/production on Cloud/Kubernetes.
