A digital consultancy is seeking a highly experienced Lead Consultant to lead Oracle Cloud implementations and guide clients through complex engagements. This role involves providing innovative solutions and mentoring staff while ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 7 years of Oracle Functional consultancy experience, and strong leadership skills. This full-time position is based in Mexico, Veracruz, Xico, and may require travel to effectively serve clients.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of solution design for Oracle PDH cloud implementations.
• Expert level experience in Oracle Product Data Hub.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Summary

A Lead Consultant at Argano is a highly experienced professional in the consulting family responsible for providing solution leadership to mid‑to‑large client engagements and contributing to the growth and development of the consulting practice. The Oracle Cloud PDH Lead Consultant will focus on guiding and assisting clients through all phases of Oracle PDH Cloud implementation, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality service and cutting‑edge solutions to Argano clients in the Oracle community.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid‑to‑large and complex Oracle Cloud consulting engagements.
• Lead Oracle PDH requirements workshops, solutions architecture, and design discussions across the entire lifecycle.
• Lead the implementation of the Oracle Cloud PDH module from cradle‑to‑grave, consult clients to provide cost‑effective solutions to business scenarios.
• Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, presenting and quantifying the benefits of proposed solutions.
• Lead, mentor, train, and guide an Oracle PDH application team.
• Identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles.
• Develop and implement long‑term client strategies as required.
• Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization, providing recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of solution design for Oracle PDH cloud implementations.
• Expert level experience as an Oracle PDH Lead implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud implementation projects and upgrades.
• Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP & REST) preferred.
• Expert consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, manage fit‑gap analysis, perform functional configuration, and manage testing of Oracle PDH solutions.
• Understanding of best practices product lifecycle management processes and/or new product development/introduction process requirements.
• Expert level experience in Oracle Product Data Hub, with a good understanding of how PDH attributes impact various functional areas in key Oracle Cloud Applications: Oracle Cloud Inventory, Oracle Cloud Procurement, Oracle Cloud Order Management, Oracle Cloud Manufacturing, Oracle Cloud Demand/Supply Planning.
• Proven experience guiding clients through business process improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• High commitment to exceed performance expectations.
• Ability to write functional specifications based on user requirements.
• Senior enough to independently handle client expectations and maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Valid US Visa.
