Allegion Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Supply Chain Analyst to lead requirements gathering, process mapping and module configuration for Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing and WMS.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to design integrations, tests, and go‑live plans. The role requires 6+ years in Oracle EBS SCM with 3+ years in senior/lead roles, plus strong English and Spanish skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, CS, business, or supply chain.
• 6+ years implementing or supporting Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules; 3+ years in senior/lead analyst roles preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution industries.
• Experience with Oracle EBS 11i and R12.
• Deep functional expertise in multiple modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, WMS, ASCP/MRP.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Ability to use Oracle SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with supply chain leadership to understand processes and pain points.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Design and configure Oracle EBS SCM modules (INV, OM, PO, iProcurement, WMS, etc.).
• Create functional specs for integrations, reports, and data conversions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions meet requirements; review designs.
• Define and execute test plans (unit, integration, UAT).
• Prepare training materials and user documentation; support cutover planning.
• Analyze production issues and drive root-cause analysis and fixes.
