NEOTech in Ciudad Juárez seeks an Operational Excellence (OpEx) Engineer to drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes. You will apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to reduce waste, improve quality, and boost productivity while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong data analytics, problem-solving, and facilitation skills, with experience in ERP/MES environments and proficiency in Excel and BI tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• 3–5 years in operational excellence or process engineering.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with data analysis and process mapping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Minitab or similar tools.
• ERP and MES experience is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and waste.
• Develop and implement process improvements for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and value stream mapping sessions.
• Monitor KPIs and report on operational performance.
• Standardize work and develop SOPs.
• Use DMAIC, PDCA, 5 Why, and Fishbone analyses for problem solving.
• Train and coach employees on improvement tools.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, engineering, and leadership.
• Conduct process audits and ensure adherence to standards.
• Identify automation and digitalization opportunities.
• Support change management and sustain a continuous improvement culture.
