Greif in Temixco, Mexico is seeking an Operator Level I to support daily production at the plant. The role focuses on routine equipment tasks, basic quality checks, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

You will follow directions, assist with loading and unloading materials, and perform non-technical tasks as needed to keep the line running smoothly. This entry-level position offers growth within a global packaging leader.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong ability to listen and follow directions.
• Willingness to perform a variety of routine tasks on the plant floor.

Responsabilidades

• Routinely clean and lubricate equipment and maintain a clean work area.
• Operate machinery and assist with loading/unloading items on lines.
• Perform routine quality checks on finished products and report issues to supervision.
• Follow safety regulations and adhere to company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Routinely clean and lubricate equipment, maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt, ready or put away tools as assigned.
• Closely follows directions to operate machinery, hold or supply routine materials and tools, and load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines.
• Performs routine property care activities.
• Performs any non-technical routine tasks at the plant.
• Routine quality checks on finished products.
• Reports any issues to supervisor or higher-level colleague.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).

Knowledge And Skills

• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.
