Greif, Inc. is seeking an Operator Level I at our Cuernavaca-area plant to support daily production, cleanliness, and safety. You will assist with routine equipment care and prep work, ensuring materials flow smoothly on lines.

The role requires a high school diploma and basic communication skills. You will perform varied tasks, follow supervisor instructions, and participate in quality checks while adhering to safety regulations.

• Routinely clean and lubricate equipment and maintain a tidy plant area.
• Follow directions to operate machinery and assist with loading/unloading on lines.
• Perform routine property care and non-technical tasks as assigned.
• Conduct routine quality checks on finished products and report issues to supervisor.
• Adhere to safety regulations and cooperate with team members.

Key Responsibilities

Routinely clean and lubricate equipment, maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt, ready or put away tools as assigned.

Closely follows directions to operate machinery, hold or supply routine materials and tools, and load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines.

Performs routine property care activities.

Performs any non-technical routine tasks at the plant.

Routine quality checks on finished products.

Reports any issues to supervisor or higher-level colleague.

Follow safety regulations.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).

Knowledge and Skills

Basic verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.

Ability to work in a variety of roles.
