The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in project management. Successful candidates will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment, driving brand identity and enhancing guest experiences.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.

Operations Marketing Coordinator

The Operations Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of communication and branding projects across Royalton Hotels & Resorts. This role ensures that corporate communication strategies, marketing materials, and brand standards are applied consistently across all properties and departments.

By collaborating closely with Operations, Marketing, and external partners, the Coordinator guarantees alignment, consistency, and excellence in project execution. This position directly contributes to strengthening the Royalton brand identity and enhancing the guest experience through effective communication and creative execution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in project management and content coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of branding, corporate communication, and social media.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and PMO frameworks is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Desirable
  • Prior experience in hospitality or tourism projects.
  • Knowledge of graphic production, signage, or marketing materials.
  • Experience coordinating with multi-departmental teams and external agencies.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
