Chromalloy Mexicali is seeking a CNC Programming Engineer to join our Engineering team in Mexicali, Baja California. If you are passionate about advanced manufacturing, CNC programming, automation, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities include developing and optimizing CNC programs for milling, grinding, laser cutting, EDM, water jet cutting, and plasma robotics; creating programming standards; collaborating with site engineers; and supporting Kaizen events while

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering or related field.
• Experience in CNC programming and manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of FANUC controls, Mastercam, NX CAM or similar.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, 8D, or A3 problem-solving.
• Advanced English communication (written & verbal).
• Experience using CAD software such as NX or SolidWorks.
• Valid U.S. Visa and ability to travel.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in CNC programming and manufacturing environments.
• Strong Knowledge Of
  • FANUC Controls
  • Mastercam
  • NX CAM or similar CNC programming software
  • Manufacturing processes and automation technologies
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, 8D, or A3 problem-solving methodologies.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience using CAD software such as NX, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Valid U.S. Visa and availability to travel.
