Our ecommerce company is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and improve our operational systems, manage complex projects, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure workflows are efficient, consistent, and aligned with the company objectives.
  • Lead Projects: Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives, overseeing timelines, tasks, and teams.
  • Issue Resolution: Quickly resolve high-priority issues, including internal escalations and external customer problems.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with customer support, logistics, and product teams to streamline processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and operational performance; use data to recommend improvements.
  • eCommerce Management: Support and manage the companys Shopify infrastructure and eCommerce performance.
  • Vendor Relations: Act as a key point of contact for vendor relations and third-party tool management.
  • Purchase Support: Assist buyers and sellers in finalizing purchases, including documentation and resolving issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across all operational processes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant operations and project management experience, ideally in eCommerce.
  • Strong background in customer service operations and conflict resolution.
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional teams and delivering on complex projects.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
