Formación

• Strong written English and professional communication skills.
• Sharp attention to detail and structured thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing clarity.
• Comfort working in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
• Experience in project coordination or operations support.
• Exposure to consumer products or e-commerce businesses.
• Familiarity with product listings or e-commerce platforms (a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Follow multi-step instructions without missing details.
• Update tracking systems and ensure every task is properly closed.
• Turn rough notes into structured, easy-to-follow SOPs.
• Maintain organized digital file systems.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and partners.

• Create simple, clean reports.
