Clarios, LLC is seeking a senior leader to drive plant operational excellence through advanced data analytics, lean methods, and digital transformation. You will deploy regional/global initiatives, mentor engineers, and manage CI projects across DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen, and automation efforts.

The role focuses on optimizing productivity, quality, and cost while aligning with safety and sustainability goals in a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Operational Excellence Master certification and/or advanced lean manufacturing and six sigma certifications.
• Proven experience leading operational excellence and continuous improvement programmes in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing, six sigma, kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience in automation projects, data management solutions, digital transformation, and industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Experience with SCADA, Ignition, industrial IoT, or related manufacturing digitalisation platforms is preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organisational change initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment and sustainability of operational excellence disciplines across the plant.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cost and operational performance via data analytics.
• Coordinate and drive CMS 2.0 manufacturing system implementation across all plant levels.
• Ensure deployment of regional and global operational excellence strategies and standards.
• Launch and facilitate operational excellence training programs based on plant needs.
• Mentor OEX engineers toward DMAIC, lean, and six sigma certifications.
• Review and monitor DMAIC project progress and benefits realization.
• Drive process optimisation via advanced data models, digitalisation, and smart manufacturing initiatives.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
